We offer free pick-ups from Takanini by appointment only.
Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a message with available pick-up times and the exact location.

Local Drop-Offs (South, East & Central Auckland)

If you’re based in Auckland, we can deliver your order directly to you.
Local drop-offs are available within South, East, and Central Auckland for an additional fee.
Pricing varies based on distance—just let us know your address and we’ll confirm the cost.

Nationwide Delivery

We ship nationwide across Aotearoa.
All parcels are tracked for peace of mind.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or quoted when you enquire.

RETURNS

Because all our items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, order the wrong size, or provide incorrect details.

We will, however, replace or refund any faulty items in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
If you believe your order has an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with:

  • Your order name

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the fault

We’ll take care of the rest.
