  • DTF (Direct-to-Film) is a high-quality printing method that allows full-colour, detailed, and durable prints on a wide range of fabrics — including cotton, blends, and polyester. It’s flexible, long-lasting, and great for both small and large runs.

  • We recommend PNG, PDF, AI, or SVG files.

    300 DPI and transparent backgrounds are ideal. If you’re unsure — send what you have and we’ll check it for you.

  • Yes, we offer graphic design assistance and can help refine, format, or recreate your artwork if needed.

    Pricing will depend on complexity and is charged per hour.

  • Yes, as long as they are approved first. We do this to ensure print quality and garment suitability.

    There is also a BYO fee of $2 per piece to cover the cost of handling + extra prep time

    We can also source blanks for you if you prefer.

  • Once your deposit is confirmed and garments are ready, please allow approximately 4–5 business days for us to source your blanks and complete your order.

    Larger orders or orders that will need to be shipped may require additional time.

  • Yes — we ship throughout New Zealand.
    You can also choose local studio pick-up.

  • Because all items are custom-made, returns are not available for change-of-mind or sizing issues.

    However, if there is an error on our end, let us know within 7 days and we will happily reprint or resolve the issue.

  • Let us know your deadline and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
