Terms of service

Welcome to our website and studio. By placing an order or submitting an enquiry, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services We Provide

We offer:

  • DTF printing

  • Graphic design services

  • One-off prints and bulk production

  • Blank garment sourcing

  • Nationwide delivery & local pickup/drop-off

All items are custom-made to order.

2. Artwork & File Requirements

Client Responsibility

You are responsible for supplying accurate, high-quality artwork unless you hire us for design services.

Design Services

Design support is available at an additional cost.

Approval

No printing begins until you approve the mockup, including:

  • Design

  • Placement

  • Colours

  • Sizes & quantities

  • Spelling

Once approved, changes cannot be made.

3. Payment Terms

  • A deposit or full payment is required to start production.

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days.

  • Materials or blanks must be paid for upfront.

  • Production begins only after payment is received.

4. Turnaround Times

Once your payment or deposit is received, please allow:

3–5 business days for standard production.

Bulk, large, or complex orders may need additional time.
We will confirm expected timeframes when you order.

5. Shipping, Pickup & Delivery

You can choose from:

  • Pickup from our Takanini home studio (appointment only)

  • Local drop-off in South/East/Central Auckland (extra fee)

  • Nationwide shipping

We are not responsible for:

  • Courier delays

  • Lost or stolen parcels after delivery

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Tracking will be provided for shipped orders.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns

Because everything is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the item is faulty.

Faulty Items

Contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos

  • Order details

  • Explanation

If the fault is ours, we will replace or refund.

Cancellations

Cancellations can be made before payment.
Once payment is received and materials are ordered or printing has begun, cancellations are not possible.

7. Mistakes & Reprints

If the mistake comes from incorrect information provided by the client, reprints will be at the client’s cost.
If it’s our fault, we will fix it free of charge.

8. BYO Garments

We accept BYO garments with approval.

Please note:

  • Printing on BYO garments is at your own risk

  • We cannot replace BYO garments if they are damaged

  • Some fabrics may react unpredictably to heat

9. Ownership & Usage Rights

You confirm you own or have rights to the artwork you supply.
We are not responsible for copyright claims arising from client-supplied material.

We may photograph completed work for portfolio & social media unless you request otherwise in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of profit

  • Courier or supplier delays

  • Slight variations in colour or size

  • Damage caused by improper washing

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
